INNATE Postpartum Care-Planning for the Fourth Trimester Course

This 8 hour full day course focuses on creating the culturally universal 5 Essentials of Postpartum Care -

• rest

• nourishing food

• warmth

• bodywork

• community

Basic breastfeeding education is part of this course.

Course fee: $350 per mother/couple. Additional support people may attend for additional fee of $50.

This course is to be taken during the prenatal period. A final gathering will be scheduled after every enrolled mother is 6+ weeks postpartum.

Note: This course is not a childbirth class. It is intended for expectant mothers and their invited family members only. Birth workers or health care providers interested in this course may contact us for more information.

Additional breastfeeding support is available through lactation consults, including care bundles with discount savings.
