Navigating the journey of motherhood can be filled with both joyful and challenging moments. It is a winding path of balancing acute needs with the shift in life stages of mother, her partner, baby- the entire family.
Exploring the lifelong process of Matrescence creates profound growth, empowerment and well-being. Awareness of this rite of passage provides women a deeper understanding of our evolving roles, shifting from The Maiden to The Mother, and everywhere else along this journey. Learn to harness the strengths of each life stage, manage the emotions that accompany changing dynamics, celebrate Rites of Passages, and increase your overall understanding of Matrescence.

As an accredited Mama Rising facilitator, I serve as a guide on your Matrescence discovery journey. My offerings include
