Support for new mothers and families through one-on-one consultations (in home and virtual) and breastfeeding education. Possible topics may include:

  • Prenatal preparation

  • Birth Rite of Passage Reflection sessions provide an opportunity to fully embrace and capture the childbirth experience. It allows for celebration within the full spectrum of emotions during this sacred rite of passage.

    This reflection experience occurs over two 60 minute visits:

    The first visit is a focused Q&A session discussing the details and emotions accompanying the pregnancy, birth and early postpartum time.

    The second visit includes a presentation of the summarized experience, including a written record of this rite of passage and a special personalized keepsake.

I offer private, in-home & virtual (telehealth) lactation consultations in South & West area of Austin, Texas. My service areas include

If you happen to be outside the service area, please reach out. We can discuss possible options; a $40 travel fee may apply per in-home visit.

All visits must be paid in full at the time of service. A Superbill receipt of payment is provided to submit to you health insurance as desired for possible reimbursement.

Travel fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Not all health insurance plans cover telehealth visits.
