TAPPING INTO ANCIENT WISDOM with MODERN KNOWLEDGE
Supporting Postpartum Women Through Education.
Timeless Wisdom
Our modern culture prepares families for pregnancy and birth, yet often overlooks what happens after a baby arrives. Having a plan for support for every member of the growing family-physically, emotionally, and spiritually- strengthens relationships and the health for the home.
Taking a course focused on the postpartum time provides a deeper understanding of
Mother’s various needs after birth
Normal needs of babies
Natural rhythms for new daily routines
Learn strategies to create space for
rest
nourishment
support systems
adjusting to life with a new member of the family
Meet other growing families who are traveling this journey alongside yours.
The Works
